Authorising Intervast to handle the handover on behalf of you works as follows:

1. Intervast drafts the power of attorney.
2. The power of attorney needs to be legalised at a notary in The Netherlands.
3. The legalised power of attorney will be sent to the notary in Suriname.
4. The notary in Suriname authorises the power of attorney.
5. The plot of land will be handed over to the authorised person(s).
