Do you already have a buyer for your plot or home, but you don’t know where to start?

No problem! With the handover service from Intervast you are guided through the complete process for a quick and smooth handover.

Step 1

The buyer decides with which notary they would like to work for the handover. Intervast frequently works with Notary Vishnudatt and Notary Calor.

Step 2

Intervast gets in touch with the chosen notary to deliver the required documents for the handover. After hearing from the notary which documents are required, Intervast will prepare the documents.

Step 3

The documents will be delivered by both the buying and the selling parties.

Step 4

Based on the documents, the notary can start their research and prepare the documents for the handover.

Step 5

After the notary has approved the documents for the handover, the payment will take place. This can happen at both the notary office and with Intervast.

Step 6

The notary will schedule an appointment with the required people for the signing of the documents.

Step 7

After passing the documents, the plot is officially handed over. The notarial sales declaration is handed to the notary office.

Step 8

After receiving the notarial declaration, the funds can be paid.
